A former restaurant owner, Ginger Luke became involved in canine rescue quite by accident in 2006, when she rescued a dachshund, nursed it back to health and found a good home for it. She was hooked!
Ten years later, Ginger’s Pet Rescue has found homes for more than 8,500 dogs, many of which have come off Death Row in shelters located around the country and in Taiwan.
