We were given less than 2 days to re-home her. The owner didn’t have time for her and wanted her out right away. So once again we all pulled together. Ginger Luke and I circulated the plea like crazy, Barbara Drinkwater offered to take her right away and I called fellow rescuer Caroline Hicks at 8:00AM on Sunday to ask her to transport. Her owner was having her put down that Monday.
Not only did Barbara take her but found a home for her in less than two days.
Talk about being at the right place and time. Great Rescue work, isn’t it?
Now look at her in her new home! Just think. The difference between life and death and finding a home all happened in a few days (less than a week).
