What are the criteria for becoming a vendor?
Creativeness! Everyone who has a creative mind is welcome. |

When can I sign up for future events?
Contact us by email stating the date of event you would like to register for. Registration and payment for each event must be received by the 15th of the month prior.
Example: March event is due by Feb 15. Which will allow ample time for any cancellations that need to be notified 2 weeks prior to the event. |

Can I get a refund for my booth fee?
The cut-off for having your booth fee refunded is two weeks before the show. If you need to cancel and contact us via email two weeks before the show we will fully refund your booth fee. If you cancel any less than two weeks before the show your booth fee will not be refunded. If you do a no-show your booth fee will not be refunded. |

What are sizes & cost of booths?
3 x 4 feet for $25.00 per table. 6 x 8 feet for $35.00 per table. There is room for a total of 14 booths to rent. |

In the event of a full show, how does the wait list work?
Vendors who pay their booth fee after the show is full will be placed on the wait list in the order their payment was received. As cancellations come in we will accept vendors from the top of the wait list. If we are unable to get a vendor in, i.e. there are not enough cancellations, then the vendor will have the booth fee completely refunded before the show. |

Note: Your Washington state UBI number is NOT the same as a City of Seattle business license. The UBI number is a 9 digit number beginning with a 6 and the Seattle license number is a 6 digit number beginning with a 5 or a 7 |

Will I have access to electricity?
Yes, there is limited outlets available. |
|
Do I need to bring my own lighting?
It's a good idea if you need it for best presentation of your product. |
