Hi Ginger,

Well It’s been almost a month since we brought Spunks home. He is a delight. He is the most mellow and loveable pooch you could want. Even our vet was very impressed. As you can see from the attached photos he and our “Alice” are getting along greatly. They love to lay in the sun and soak up the rays (a rug or blanket is a must for or royal highness’). He has bonded to both Gary and I and loves nothing more than to be held for hours on end, the perfect retiree’s dog. At bed time, he lays down and goes to sleep and sleeps all night, usually 10-12 hours.

We went on our first RV outing last weekend and he loved it, we went for long walks and they got to smell lots of new things. Our favorite daily excursion is to our local park located on the bayshore, Spunks loves to wade up to his belly and challenge the gulls (he’s always on the 16’ foot lead)…Alice doesn’t like to get wet so she and I stay on shore…needless to say he gets a good wash and brush after that…..

He has become a dear member of our family….
