Hi there Ginger,
Just wanted to finally send in an update for Lukas (aka Perry)
It's been just over 4 months since I brought him home.
Being a puppy mill dog every baby step is a huge milestone.
He's still terrified of most people but he trust me completely and is learning day by day that not
everyone is out there to hurt him.
When I got him he had an ulcer in his eye from being poked by the chicken wire cage he was living in, we didn't
know if we would be able to save the eye but after giving him meds 8 times a day we managed to save it.
It's now got a small scar and he can even see out of it!
He just graduated from obedience and he did so well!
He's best friends with my first dog and the two are completely inseparable.
I love him so much and I thank you with all my heart for rescuing him.
