Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Words fall short of being able to express how much I appreciate all that your organization does for the community.

So, here is my family's success story:

I brought my flat coat retriever mix home from the Factoria Humane Society in 2001 and it became clear in the last year that he wanted a little friend. After doing research on little dog breeds I found Ginger's Pet Rescue through Petfinder.com and a few days later I was able to visit the litter at the Foster Mom's in Tacoma.

The puppies were adorable, but the Foster Mom helped me assess their personalities to ensure that I got the right pup for my family. Even better the Foster home offered the puppies the opportunity to social with a toddler, big dogs and cats which made the transition to my home much easier.

Within minutes of bringing the puppy home my dog fell in love and they have become best friends. We are having lots of fun exploring the neighborhood and working on puppy training, all under the watchful eye of Pappa Jack. Though my cat is decidedly less excited about the puppy she does like sneaking some of the puppy food, so she too will come to love Lottie. This little puppy has brought the perfect balance of chaos and fun into our home.
