I want you to know that this is such a wonderful surprise that my best friend adopted out Freddie and gave him to me for my Birthday !!!!

Even thought I fostered this dog and wanted him ~ my birthday wish came true !!!

Thanks so much for saving him as he is my best friend. I take him everywhere I go.
